This bound Koru looks like Spring rising    - of Inanga and the milky blue hues of the Hokitika Gorge. The colour of glacial ice and the colour the sea gets when the skies darken with fast moving cloud bringing in the first of a whole month of rain. Inanga for a clearing- a river rise -a powerful current.  Inanga for Spring -Activity -Growth  after the whitebait starting to travel up the rivers to the haven of small creeks.
